Krampus - Faceted Dendritic Agate (Merlinite) and Silver Necklace, Krampus on the Back

This necklace features a captivating faceted merlinite , also called dendritic agate , with milky and black reflections reminiscent of tree branches under melted snow. The back of the jewel is decorated with a hand-sawn Krampus, it is also struck with stars.

Often described as half-goat, half-demon , Krampus is present in the folklore of many European countries. He is said to accompany Saint Nicholas , giving punishments and warnings to misbehaving children.

Dendritic agate , also called merlinite, is a stone of calming , self- confidence , prosperity and abundance .
