• I just ordered. When will my order be shipped?
Orders are generally shipped 1-4 days after purchase confirmation, except for custom purchases. An indicative deadline will be indicated when confirming the custom order.

• Is it possible to be delivered internationally?
Caravelle Noire creations can be sent worldwide. Indicate your delivery address when purchasing so that the shipping rate is calculated automatically. For more information, visit the Delivery & Returns page.
• How to track my order ?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Then go to https://www.laposte.fr/outil/suivre-vos-envois to track your shipment.
• I still have not received my package. What to do ?
Once your purchase has been shipped, please allow 14 days to wait for shipments within France and 4 weeks for international shipments (sometimes more depending on customs). Track your package regularly via the tracking number.
For any concerns regarding tracking, please contact La Poste directly on 36 31. If the problem persists, we advise you to file a complaint with your local police/gendarmerie station and contact your insurance for a refund. We can provide a duplicate of your invoice upon request.

• I would like to return my Caravelle Noire purchase. How to do ?
From the date of receipt of your purchase, you have 14 days to return your product to Caravelle Noire, if it is intact and has not been worn. Visit the Shipping & Returns page for more information.
• I would like to order a custom piece. How to do ?
It is not possible to place custom orders, however new items are added to the store every day!
• Are Caravelle Noire creations handmade?
At Caravelle Noire, EVERYTHING is handmade in Provence: rings, pendants, earrings and bracelets. Each piece is unique and original!
