Valentine's Day Selection

At the origin of Valentine's Day, we find the pagan celebration of Roman Lupercalia , intended to revive fertility .

These were then celebrated from February 13 to 15, then transformed into Valentine's Day in 494 by Pope Gelasius I. Valentine's Day has since been celebrated on February 14 .
